Paws & Presence: A Dog-Friendly Therapy Group for Women in their 20s

Sign up this fall on Sundays!

The becoming years of adulthood can feel messy, uncertain, and overwhelming. Questions about identity, purpose, relationships, and the future can feel heavy when carried alone. Paws & Presence offers women a safe, supportive space to process these transitions while deepening the bond with their pups.

Being with animals helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and increase feelings of safety. With your pup by your side, you’ll practice somatic techniques that calm the body, reconnect you to the present moment, and remind you that you’re not navigating this journey alone.

Over six weeks, you’ll gain:

  • Practical tools for managing stress, self-doubt, and life transitions

  • Grounding practices you and your pup can share

  • A supportive community of women who understand the ups and downs of becoming

This is more than a therapy group, it’s a chance to come home to yourself with connection, community, and a wagging tail beside you.
